Once you approve, your piece is printed on premium materials and shipped to your door.
The better the photo, the better the portrait
- Clear and in focus: we need to see your pet's eyes, nose and fur detail.
- Good, natural light: daylight near a window works best. Avoid heavy shadows and flash.
- One photo per pet: for multi-pet portraits, separate photos of each pet are perfect. They don't need to be together.
Not sure about a photo? Send it anyway. If we need a better one, we'll email you before we start.

Making and delivery
Our print partner currently quotes 2 to 5 business days to make and pack an order after you approve your proof.
Standard shipping (our print partner's current estimate): United States, 3 to 4 business days.
Please note: these are estimates, not guarantees.
If it arrives damaged or lost
If your order arrives damaged in transit, or it's lost in the mail, we'll make it right with a free replacement (a reprint of the same item).
Send it within 30 days of delivery.
No returns or exchanges
Because each piece is drawn and printed to order, we can't resell it, so all sales are final.

Will I see my portrait before it's printed?
Yes. We email you a proof to approve, and nothing is printed until you're happy with it.
Can I ask for changes to my proof?
Of course. Reply to your proof email with what you'd like changed and our artist will update it.
What if I don't have my photos ready?
Tick "I'll email my photos after I order" on the product page and email them to us once you've ordered.
Can you include more than one pet?
Yes. Most products come in 1 to 6 pets. Choose the number of pets on the product page and upload a photo of each.
