Damaged-in-transit or lost parcels replaced free within 30 days
If your order arrives damaged in transit, or it's lost in the mail, we'll make it right with a free replacement.

Because each piece is drawn and printed to order, we can't resell it, so all sales are final.

- Clear and in focus: we need to see your pet's eyes, nose and fur detail.
- Good, natural light: daylight near a window works best.
- The whole head and ears in frame: nothing cropped off.

- Yes. We email you a proof to approve, and nothing is printed until you're happy with it.
- Can I ask for changes to my proof?
- Of course. Reply to your proof email with what you'd like changed and our artist will update it.

- Tick "I'll email my photos after I order" on the product page and email them to us once you've ordered.
