Will I see my portrait before it's printed?

Yes. We email you a proof to approve, and nothing is printed until you're happy with it.

Can I ask for changes to my proof?

Of course. Reply to your proof email with what you'd like changed and our artist will update it.

What if I don't have my photos ready?

Tick "I'll email my photos after I order" on the product page and email them to us once you've ordered.

Can you include more than one pet?

Yes. Most products come in 1 to 6 pets. Choose the number of pets on the product page and upload a photo of each.

Can people be in the portrait too?

Yes. Our Family Portrait includes people and pets, and the Pet Parent Phone Case puts you and your pet together.

Can I get a digital copy?

Yes. Add Digital Copy of Your Portrait on the product page.
